Scandal Dinner Show celebrates its fifth anniversary with the Michelin seal of approval
The most exclusive nightlife experience in Costa Adeje brings together the haute cuisine of the restaurants Donaire, San-Hô, Muxgo and Haydée
Scandal Dinner Show celebrated its fifth anniversary with a unique event in Costa Adeje: a four-Michelin-star dinner show entitled "The Forbidden Chapter." The stage of the GF Victoria hotel was the meeting point for a fusion unprecedented in the Canary Islands, where a well-established offering on Costa Adeje nights merged with haute cuisine. The result was a qualitative leap forward in the concept of the dinner show.
The stars of this event were Jesús Camacho (Restaurante Donaire, GF Victoria), Borja Marrero (Muxgo, Gran Canaria), Adrián Bosch (San-Hô, Royal Hideaway Corales), and Víctor Suárez (Haydée, Gran Tacande), who created an eight-course menu. The experience was framed by a staging directed by Lindsay Nartey , artistic director of Scandal Dinner Show, who emphasized that "we wanted to celebrate these five years with a proposal that would surprise the audience visually, emotionally, and gastronomically; it was one of the most special nights in our history."
As the driving force behind this combination of entertainment and haute cuisine, Victoria López , president of Grupo Fedola, emphasized that five years later, Scandal "continues to demonstrate that passion and creativity can transform a dinner into a moving experience. It's a pride to celebrate this journey alongside so much Canarian talent."
In the kitchen, Jesús Camacho , chef at Donaire, highlighted how exciting it has been to "unite four cuisines, four visions, and a single language: that of a passion for cooking. This collaboration demonstrates that there is talent in the Canary Islands for creating first-class gastronomic experiences without losing our identity."
The menu, in eight courses
The fifth anniversary of Scandal Dinner Show featured a proposal that combined product, technique, and creativity in an exclusive culinary journey. Jesús Camacho opened the show at the Las Olas Room of GF Victoria with a tuna choux with red mojo sauce and bonito potatoes, and closed it with a surprising pad thai with milk chocolate, red curry, sesame, mango, and lime. Adrián Bosch created an ode to the sea with pickled carrots and an elegant Bresse pigeon with pickles, smoked meats, and Périgueux sauce. Borja Marrero's regional cuisine was featured in flame-grilled broccoli with whey pil-pil sauce and vinaigrette and in mussels marinated in burnt almond seed oil with charred onion soup. Víctor Suárez, meanwhile, brought intensity and creativity with black grouper in boiled mojo sauce and a plantain-based dessert. The tour was accompanied by a pairing of Canarian wines, a selection that underscored the region's importance.
Five years after its launch, Scandal Dinner Show reaffirms its position as one of the most innovative experiences on the national scene, where music and gastronomy meet. With this anniversary, GF Victoria and Grupo Fedola consolidate Costa Adeje as a benchmark for nightlife on the islands.
GF Hoteles joins the blood donation campaign once again this year
Committed to solidarity and the health of our community, the team at GF Hoteles and Grupo Fedola actively participated in a new edition of the blood donation campaign held at the GF Fañabé hotel. This charitable effort was made possible thanks to the collaboration with the mobile unit of the General Directorate of Blood Donation and Hemotherapy of the Government of the Canary Islands.
The event, marked by the involvement of the group's employees, reflects the company's strong commitment to social causes that save lives. Once again, it has been demonstrated that every small gesture, such as a blood donation, can have a significant impact on society.

GF Victoria receives the TUI Quality Award 2023
Wine in Progress was a day dedicated to exploring and enjoying wine, highlighting the excellence of Ocampo's white and red wines
Donaire Restaurant opened its series of gastronomic events “Donaire in Progress” this weekend with an event in which Canarian wine was a constant reference point for the entire culinary offering. In this way, in the first chapter called “Wine in Progress”, the restaurant’s chef, Jesús Camacho, created a culinary proposal that was accepted by the public that filled the room located in GF Victoria by combining his creativity with the exquisite wines of Ocampo , under the guidance of the renowned winemaker Jonatan García.
From the very beginning, it was clear that the collaboration between Donaire and Ocampo not only sought to highlight the excellence of their respective proposals, but also to offer a unique experience that fused the best of oenology and gastronomy.
The selection of four Ocampo wines—two whites and two reds—carefully presented by Jonatan García resulted in a happy balance with the dishes and snacks specially created for the occasion.
With his proposal, Jesús Camacho showed reasons to be considered one of the most stimulating chefs of the moment. His ability to integrate innovative flavours and textures without losing sight of the roots of Canarian cuisine was highlighted by many of the attendees as one of the great achievements of the event.
