GF HOTELES
The show, which is held every Thursday at GF Victoria, is created and directed by flamenco dancer Fran Chafino
Olé Flamenco Show celebrates four years on the stage of Las Olas Showroom, at the GF Victoria hotel. Four years in which thousands of spectators of all nationalities have enjoyed an artistic proposal that stands out for its purity, its elegance, and its spectacular staging, positioning itself as one of the best nightlife experiences in the south of Tenerife.
The great architect of this milestone is the flamenco dancer and choreographer Fran Chafino, creator and artistic director of the show. Under his direction, the show is currently presented with 'Leyenda', a production that makes an impact from the very first moment with its innovative aesthetic and a staging where the costumes break the classic molds of Spanish dance. The production features a cast of 12 top-level artists, including nine dancers and three live musicians, who display their talent in every beat.
In 'Leyenda', the public is not a simple spectator, but an active part of the experience. The force of the *zapateado* (footwork), the intensity of the singing, and the live music create a unique and interactive environment that transcends the stage, allowing attendees to fully integrate into the atmosphere of the room.
For Fran Chafino, “reaching these four years is an immense source of pride and the result of very demanding daily work. With 'Leyenda' we wanted to go a step further, breaking the barrier of the stage so that the spectator does not just watch flamenco, but feels it and experiences it from within. Seeing the audience get excited and stand up every Thursday is the greatest reward for the entire cast."
For his part, Juan Carlos de León, Director of Operations at GF Hoteles, highlights the great value of this show and points out that "having Olé Flamenco Show for these four years has been synonymous with excellence and a differentiating value. Maintaining a show with this technical and artistic quality without interruption is a clear reflection of our commitment to excellence within the hotel entertainment and leisure sector.”
Olé Flamenco Show has witnessed standing ovations and deep emotions through a sensory journey that covers the different styles of flamenco, from tradition to the avant-garde. The show now begins its fifth year of existence, consolidated as an undisputed benchmark in the Canary Islands.
