  • Where can I redeem the gift card?
    The gift card is only valid for reservations made through the official website.
  • What can I do if I lose my gift card code?
    You will need to contact the agency where the card was purchased so they can verify the buyer and beneficiary details.
  • Does the gift card code have an expiration date?
    Yes, it will expire within one year of purchase.
  • How can I cancel or modify my reservation?
    If the booking conditions allow it, if you want to modify or cancel your reservation, you must do so in the “My Reservations” section of the website. There, by entering your email address and booking reference number, you can modify or cancel your reservation.
  • What are the conditions of the Gift Voucher?
    As long as the cancellation policy allows it, you can cancel or modify the dates of your reservation. However, it is not possible to cancel and refund the amount of the Gift Voucher.
  • How does the recipient receive the information and conditions of the gift card?
    During the purchasing process, you will have to indicate the email address of the person you want to receive the Gift Voucher.

    Once the purchase has been confirmed by payment, the recipient will receive an email with the Gift Voucher, consisting of an alphanumeric code, along with the conditions for redeeming it and all the details for making a reservation.
  • How do I make a reservation with my voucher?
    In the reservations section of our website you will have to select the dates and the desired occupants.

    In the same bar, in the “Promocode” box, you must enter the alphanumeric code corresponding to the gift card.

    Once the selection has been made and at the end of the reservation process, the amount deducted from the gift card will be indicated.
  • Is it possible to redeem the Gift Voucher for cash?
    It cannot be redeemed for cash or a refund of any unused balance requested.
  • What are the conditions of the gift card?
    Reservations made with Gift Card credit will be subject to the conditions of the reservation itself, in terms of confirmation, modification and cancellation.

    The gift voucher cannot be cancelled, is not refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
