Green Friday at GF Hotels
Last Green Friday, we pledged to the Canary Islands community to donate 5% of our sales to the Foresta Foundation . Last summer, Tenerife suffered one of the worst wildfires in decades, an unprecedented environmental disaster that destroyed hundreds of hectares of forest and kept the population on edge for weeks. The Tenerife Renace project aims to mitigate this natural disaster by reforesting the affected areas, and we couldn't fail to contribute our small part, reinforcing our commitment to the environment around us.
From November 24th to 27th , guests who chose to make their reservations through the GF Hotels website contributed to the project, reflecting their generosity and environmental awareness with a final fundraising total of €11,200 .
