Terms and conditions of the GF Club loyalty program

GF Club is the loyalty program of GF Hotels, created to recognize the trust of our guests and offer them exclusive discounts and benefits during their stays at participating establishments.
Participation in GF Club is free and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
GF Hoteles may establish specific conditions for certain establishments, services, benefits or promotions.
These Terms and Conditions will come into effect on 01/11/2026 and will be applicable from that date.
Individuals over 18 years of age may become members of GF Club.
Registration is free and will be done exclusively through the official GF Hotels website and Call Center.
To complete the registration, it will be necessary to provide the requested information and accept these Terms and Conditions.
The information provided must be truthful, complete, and up-to-date. The account holder is responsible for keeping their account information up-to-date.
Each person may have only one GF Club account. Creating or maintaining duplicate accounts for the purpose of obtaining additional benefits is not permitted.
Membership in GF Club is personal and non-transferable.
Former members of the GF Amigos program will be incorporated into GF Club in accordance with the migration conditions established by GF Hoteles.
Participation in GF Club is free and subject to acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
GF Hoteles may establish specific conditions for certain establishments, services, benefits or promotions.
These Terms and Conditions will come into effect on 01/11/2026 and will be applicable from that date.
The member will have a personal account associated with the email address used during registration.
The account holder will be responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.
In case of detecting unauthorized access or any misuse of the account, the member must report it to GF Hoteles through the enabled channels.
Benefits, discounts, and accumulated nights will be linked exclusively to the member's account and cannot be transferred to another person.
GF Club has two membership levels:
· GF Lava
· GF Teide
All new members will access the GF Lava level from their first stay, without needing to accumulate a minimum number of nights.
GF Lava members will enjoy:
· 5% discount on bookings.
• Basic welcome details.
• An invitation to a drink at any of our bars.
• Access to special offers and promotions.
• Priority in early check-in requests, subject to availability.
• Priority in late check-out requests, subject to availability.
· 5% discount at Bio-Spa Victoria (GF Victoria), Bio-Spa Isabel (GF Isabel), Bio-Spa Costa Adeje (GF Gran Costa Adeje), Senza Salon Victoria (GF Victoria) and Senza Salon Costa Adeje (GF Gran Costa Adeje).
· 5% discount at the Donaire restaurant, located in GF Victoria and awarded a MICHELIN star.
· 5% discount at the Agüita restaurant, located in GF Gran Costa Adeje.
· 5% discount at Jungle cocktail bar, located in GF Gran Costa Adeje.
Members will access the GF Teide level upon reaching 25 accumulated valid nights, in accordance with the conditions set out in these Terms and Conditions.
GF Teide members will enjoy:
· 10% discount on bookings.
• Premium welcome gift.
• An invitation to a drink at any of our bars.
• Access to special offers and promotions.
• Travel assistance insurance, currently available and subject to the conditions and coverage of the corresponding policy.
• Priority in early check-in requests, subject to availability.
• Priority in late check-out requests, subject to availability.
· 10% discount at Bio-Spa Victoria (GF Victoria), Bio-Spa Isabel (GF Isabel), Bio-Spa Costa Adeje (GF Gran Costa Adeje), Senza Salon Victoria (GF Victoria) and Senza Salon Costa Adeje (GF Gran Costa Adeje).
· 5% discount at the Donaire restaurant, located in GF Victoria and awarded a MICHELIN star.
· 5% discount at Agüita restaurant, located in GF Gran Costa Adeje.
· 5% discount at Jungle cocktail bar, located in GF Gran Costa Adeje.
For the purposes of GF Club, a valid night is considered to be each night of accommodation actually enjoyed by the member, provided that the booking meets all the conditions established in these Terms and Conditions.
To accumulate nights and reach the GF Teide level, the reservation must have been made directly through the official GF Hotels website or our Call Center.
Stays made before joining GF Club will not generate valid nights and will not count towards achieving or maintaining a membership level. Night accrual will begin once the user has successfully completed their GF Club registration.
The following stays, among others, will not generate valid nights:
· Bookings made through travel agencies.
· Reservations made through tour operators.
· Bookings made through OTAs or other intermediaries.
· Group bookings, events or special conditions, when indicated.
• Free or complimentary stays.
· Stays corresponding to employee bookings.
· Cancelled reservations.
· Unused reservations or no-shows.
• Reservations obtained through fraudulent practices or that violate the program's conditions.
GF Hoteles may determine other reservations or rates that are not eligible for the accumulation of nights.
Nights will be counted once the stay has ended.
Qualifying nights will accumulate without a set maximum period to reach 25 nights, as long as the member's account remains active.
Once the 25 valid nights have been reached, the member will be upgraded to the GF Teide level according to the GF Club upgrade processes.
The nights corresponding to a stay must be correctly associated with the member's account. GF Hotels may request additional information to verify a stay or correct an issue in the night registration.
The accumulated nights cannot be transferred, sold, or given to another person.
Members who transition from the former GF Amigos program and are upgraded to a GF Club level must validate their level by making at least one valid booking within 12 months of the GF Club launch date. The booking must be made directly through the official GF Hotels website or via the GF Hotels Call Center.
The reservation must meet the established conditions to be considered valid for GF Club purposes.
If the member coming from GF Amigos does not make a valid reservation within that 12-month period, they will lose the level that would have been assigned to them due to the migration and will be moved to the initial level, GF Lava.
From the renewal onwards, the maintenance and evolution of the member's level will be governed by the general conditions of GF Club.
Members of the GF Teide level who remain for 24 consecutive months without making any valid stay may be reclassified to the initial level, GF Lava.
The reclassification will be carried out in accordance with the procedures established by GF Hoteles.
To enjoy the benefits of GF Club, the account holder must be listed as a guest and stay at the hotel during the visit.
GF Club discounts can be applied to a maximum of two rooms per booking, provided that the program holder stays in one of them.
The nights that can be accumulated will correspond exclusively to the room occupied by the GF Club holder.
Additional rooms reserved for companions will not generate additional nights for the member.
The discounts associated with GF Club are personal and non-transferable and are linked to the member's account.
The discounts will be applicable exclusively to bookings made directly through the official GF Hotels website and Call Center.
The reservation must be made by the GF Club account holder.
The discounts:
· GF Hoteles may establish certain dates, rates, establishments, services or products that are excluded from the application of discounts.
· Discounts must be applied at the time of booking and will not be retroactive.
The benefits associated with each level will be applicable according to the member's category at the time of the stay and will be subject to the specific conditions of each benefit.
Benefits subject to availability, including priority early check-in and late check-out, are not a guaranteed right and will depend on the operational availability of the establishment.
Priority early check-in does not guarantee access to the room before the official check-in time.
Priority late check-out does not guarantee remaining in the room after the official check-out time.
The benefits associated with GF Hotels' establishments, experiences, and services will be subject to their respective schedules, availability, and specific conditions of use.
The benefits cannot be exchanged for cash, unless GF Hoteles expressly states otherwise.
Cancelled or unused reservations will not generate valid nights.
In case of a modification to a reservation, the stay must continue to comply with the GF Club conditions in order for the corresponding nights to be counted.
In the case of a partially enjoyed stay, only the nights actually enjoyed that meet the conditions of the program can be counted.
GF Hoteles may review and correct the nights counted when it detects errors, duplicates or records that do not meet the conditions of the program.
Membership in GF Club does not have a set duration.
Members may voluntarily request to be removed from GF Club at any time through the channels provided by GF Hotels.
GF Hoteles may suspend or cancel a GF Club account when there are indications of:
• Fraudulent use of the program.
• Creation or use of duplicate accounts.
• Misuse of discounts or benefits.
· Attempts to accumulate nights corresponding to stays not made.
• Providing false or incorrect information.
• Manipulation of reserves with the aim of obtaining unforeseen profits.
· Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions.
· Conduct contrary to the rules of coexistence or the internal regulations of GF Hotels.
· Any other action that may harm GF Hoteles, its establishments, employees, customers or the proper functioning of the program.
In these cases, GF Hotels may cancel the benefits, nights and advantages obtained improperly and, where appropriate, cancel the member's account.

GF Hoteles may modify, update, suspend or cancel GF Club in whole or in part, including its levels, access requirements, discounts, benefits and conditions for accumulating nights.
Modifications to these Terms and Conditions will be published on the official GF Hotels website, indicating, where applicable, the effective date.
The modifications will not affect reservations already confirmed, unless legally required or the reservation conditions themselves state otherwise.
In the event of suspension or definitive cancellation of the program, GF Hoteles will communicate this circumstance to the members through the channels it deems appropriate.
The personal data of members will be processed in accordance with GF Hotels' Privacy Policy and current data protection regulations.
Members can consult information regarding the processing of their personal data and exercise their rights through the channels indicated in the Privacy Policy.

The member may receive communications related to the management of their GF Club account, their reservations, their benefits, changes in the program and other aspects necessary for the provision of the service.
Commercial communications will be sent in accordance with the member's preferences and applicable regulations.
Members can manage their communication preferences and unsubscribe from marketing communications by following the instructions included therein.
Registration and participation in GF Club implies acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The member declares that they have read and understood the program conditions and agrees to use their benefits responsibly and in accordance with the rules established by GF Hotels.

6.1 Special conditions for former members of GF Amigos
