GF Hoteles is a company in Grupo Fedola S.L., located in Tenerife. Its founder, Fernando López Arvelo has nurtured it especially, although this is his personal touch whenever he starts a new project.
A fervent supporter of constancy and effort, and a job well done, he started his commercial career at the young age of 12.
After many long years of work, together with his wife, his dreams have come true, culminating in the creation of a Company Group.
At GF Hoteles we are lucky that every day of the year Mother Nature gives us a warm temperature in this corner of the Tropic of Cancer, clean air with an Ocean scent to it, and a cared-for, protected landscape so that we can enjoy and admire it in its original state, such as it has been for the last millenniums in our Civilisation.

GF Hoteles is a family-run organisation that forms part of FEDOLA Group, a Tenerife SME with entirely Canary capital. All our hotels enjoy the privilege of being located in the Spanish Autonomous Community of the CANARY ISLANDS, specifically, and with the exception of one hotel, in the South of Tenerife Island, in the well-consolidated tourist zone of the Adeje Coast.
Over all these years, and specifically since 1972, we have been dedicated to looking after guests who choose our hotels, and we have learned two lessons above all. First, we are here because you are here, and you are our only raison d’etre, and second, “Luxury is in the Details”.
Aware of the needs of certain very disadvantaged groups, at GF Hoteles we like to support the most needy. As a result, local non-governmental organisation benefit from our generosity.
We are highly aware of the importance of conserving our precious and fragile “surroundings” and showing a respect for the environment, which is why we take all measures within our ability to play an active part. We respectfully plan and control waste disposal processes, energy saving processes, with the installation of solar panels and low energy light bulbs, and we apply other technological innovations that are designed for this very purpose.

After 25-years-plus in this sector, our goal is still to continue expanding, and to create new hotel projects in order to offer a new service on the islands’ tourist market. We would not be able to achieve this objective without the nearly 500 persons who make up the GFHoteles team. Costa Adeje Gran Hotel offers its guests Wifi free of charge, 458 bedrooms and 10 rooms with audiovisual equipment required for conferences, work meetings and events. The rooms have different sizes – from 17 to 857 m2 – and there are extensive areas for conference attendees to rest or have cocktail parties, coffee breaks and working lunches. Gala dinners can be held on the large solarium with views over the Atlantic Ocean and Gomera Island. There are a variety of possibilities for activities after meetings. Don’t hesitate to ask.
At GF Hoteles we have places that not only have been designed to accommodate holiday makers, but also to meet the varying needs and peculiarities of business tourism, conventions, conferences, incentive programmes and others events in general.
We have more than 2,500 m2 in meeting rooms and areas, distributed according to different sizes to meet all needs. We also have a large discotheque-party room.

This hotel was opened at the end of December 2001. It is designed in a U-shape and faces West. Its rooms are distributed on five floors. It is located in a small oasis called the Canary Islands in the middle of the Atlantic Ocean. The Islands are famous for their eternal Spring climate, with an average temperature of 20 degrees all year round. The hotel belongs to GF Hoteles, a small hotel chain that undergoes constant growth. It has two hotels in South Tenerife and one in Puerto de la Cruz.
COSTA ADEJE GRAN HOTEL ***** is located in the luxurious area of South Tenerife called ADEJE COAST, where the most exclusive hotels are found on Tenerife. The area has elite shopping centres, restaurants with every possible gastronomic style, and different leisure offers. This five-star hotel is 400 metres from Duque Beach and Fañabé Beach, both of which have golden sand where you can do all sorts of water sports, sunbathe and enjoy the best views of Gomera Island. FACILITIES IMPERIAL SUITE:
1 Royal Suites with a surface area of 170m².Two rooms with their respective balconies and bathrooms with hydromassage and a magnificent lounge with large terrace and teak deckchairs. This suite has the best location with sea views. It also has a spiral staircase on the terrace, which goes up to a private solarium with teak flooring and deckchairs to enjoy a refreshing Jacuzzi and the sun.
Minimum occupancy: 4 adults. Maximum: 4 adults and 2 children.
Large area with two adult swimming pools. The bottom of one pool can be seen through the hall ceiling. Children will enjoy another pool that is heated during the Winter. There is a 4500 m2 solarium that is surrounded by tropical gardens, with deckchairs, beach mats, sunshades and towels exclusively for pool use. This area is the nucleus of the hotel by day. On the roof terrace, there is an adult pool with solarium. It has teak flooring and unsurpassable panoramic views of South Tenerife and Gomera Island. We also have two areas just for nudist sunbathing.
Our facilities provide for all sorts of water activities to keep fit and for physical exercise, as well as other leisure activities.

The solarium has a “Swimming Pool Snack-Bar” where you can enjoy a simple lunch with the best views of the Atlantic, a small and homely restaurant called “La Tasca” where you can enjoy our best tapas, as well as other specialities, “La Zumería”, an ideal place for those who love natural fruit juices, “La Finca” buffet restaurant with seating for 600 and a wide-ranging, tempting buffet dishes with different styles, and the buffet restaurant “La Laja”, with seating for 110, and which is reserved for guests who are staying in the suites.
Our à la Carte restaurant, “La Laja”, is specialised in Italian food. It has magnificent views of the sea and the swimming pool. It is an ideal place to enjoy a pleasant evening with the best Spanish dishes.
We have a room that seats 60, which is only open for dinners.

Hotel Fañabé CosTaSuR **** is located on the Adeje Coast, which belongs to the municipality of Adeje, just 350 m metres from Duque Beach and 250 m from Fañabé Beach, both of which have golden sand. It is in a residential zone, where almost all the 5-star hotels are found on Tenerife. There are several elite shopping centres, and a wide range of leisure offers and services. It is just 1.5 km away from Tenerife Sur Conference Palace.

Hotel Fañabé CosTaSuR has 413 units, all with balconies and individually controlled air conditioning. The hotel is located in the most appealing and select zone of Adeje Coast. There is a roof terrace with two swimming pools and a large solarium with views of the sea, mountains and the whole tourist zone. It also has an area reserved for nudist use. It is adapted for accessible tourism (for the disabled).

196 Family Rooms, decorated in warm colours and wood. They are large and fully equipped with Satellite television, direct telephone line, minibar with à la Carte service, safe deposit box, hair dryer. Furnished balcony. One double bed 180 x 200 cm or 220 x 200 cm, or single beds 110 x 200cm, a divan and a sofa.
Minimum occupancy: two adults and two children or three adults and one child.
FACILITIES JUNIOR SUITE:
12 Junior Suites, 60 m2. Decorated with top quality materials in warm colours. They are large and fully equipped with Satellite television, direct telephone line, minibar with à la Carte service, safe deposit box, hair dryer. Furnished balcony. One double bed 180 x 200 cm or 220 x 200 cm, or single beds 110 x 200cm. They also have a round bath with hydromassage
The main swimming pool is heated in the winter. It is figure-of-eight shaped, and has fresh water. It is surrounded by tropical plants. It has a separate children’s zone.
There are two more pools on the roof terrace, one each side of the solarium, which has impressive views of the coast and of Gomera Island. It also has a large area just for nudist sunbathing. The hotel offers its guests deckchairs, beach mats, sunshades and towels (the last two facilities are optional extras). There is small children’s equipment (playpen for babies, etc.)
This is one of the main beaches on the Adeje Coast. It has numerous shops and restaurants to offer complementary services to tourists.
It has a lifeguard service, deckchairs and sunshades, car parking, restaurants, bars, showers, changing rooms, toilets, telephone, taxi stop and bus stop (bus lines 111 – 343 – 416 – 473).
This beach with fine-grain sand and a calm sea, has been awarded Blue Flag recognition.
Let yourself be spoilt by our Bar and Restaurant chefs and waiters. There is a buffet service for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Why not forget about everything and go for our ALL INCLUSIVE service, which can include advantages such as different sports, drinks and cakes, amongst other things, within our opening hours.
There is seating for 700, and a smoking area on the terrace. Cold breakfasts, picnics and cold suppers. International cuisine, special theme nights, vegetarian dishes and children’s menus.

In the reception area there is a shopping zone, mini market, unisex hairdressers, Spanish and foreign press, souvenirs, typical products, etc. There is a TV room (32” TV), billiards, and a tourist guide area with information on tour operators. Reception has fully trained staff 24 hours a day. Public telephones, fax, credit card facilities. Leave your children’s entertainment in our hands because we have a children’s play area where they will enjoy themselves all day long.
At Hotel Fañabé Costa Sur our facilities are equipped to ensure you will enjoy doing whatever you love most of all. Our sports facilities include a tennis court, a multi-purpose sports court, minigolf course and pétanque.

Our Hotel is equipped for accessible tourism with 5 totally adapted rooms for disabled guests, with special interior dimensions, shower (homologated under Spanish law for accessible tourism), telephones, outside ramp, etc. All the rest of the hotel’s facilities are also easy-to-access, including the pool.
Built in 1970, Noelia Playa Apartments were totally modernised and renovated in June 2004. The apartments are designed as exterior studios, distributed on six floors. There is background music and air conditioning throughout the building. The roof terrace has a swimming pool, large solarium and marvellous views.
The hotel is decorated in warm colours and quality materials, and is characterised by our friendly and polite staff.
It is an ideal hotel for holidaymakers, business tourism, etc.
Noelia Playa Apartments is located 300 metres from the new, black sandy beach called Jardín Beach, which has all the facilities of the very best beaches. It is a tranquil zone, with a wide range of leisure offers. Just 500 metres from the town centre, it has almost all the shopping centres in the zone.

Noelia Playa Apartments has a total of 106 outward-facing apartments, all with balconies and individually controlled air conditioning. Out of all these apartments, there are 13 improved apartments of special note, which are larger.
All our apartments are decorated in warm colours. Separate single beds 110 x 200cm or one double bed 180 x 200 cm, and optional sofa bed for the third and fourth persons.Bathroom with bath, hair dryer. Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob, refrigerator, centralised hot water, telephone (television and safe deposit box available for rent), door locks using a magnetic strip card, cleaning service 6 days a week, towels changed at guests’ request, sheets changed once a week. Our swimming pool is located on the roof terrace, with a large solarium with magnificent views of the beach and mountains, where you can enjoy sunbathing almost all day long.
The Martiánez Coast public complex is the pride of Puerto de la Cruz, and one of the most highly held examples of human transformation of the coast. The design of this exceptional jewel was adapted to traditional Canary Island architecture and complemented by original sculptures and horticultural elements.
Its artificial lake with 27,000 m3 of salt water enhances the seven other swimming pools, four for adults and three for children, all with their own original shapes and beauty.
Our Restaurant – Cafeteria seats 250 persons, and offers wide-ranging, tempting buffets. All tastes and special diets are catered for. The Cafeteria in the hall has an extensive bar and comfortable furniture. It has a piano bar with live music 7 days a week, and there is air conditioning to create a select atmosphere for the evening-night. Guests also have a games area, with billiards and slot machines, and there is a cyber café that will delight Internet surfing enthusiasts.
Canary Island cuisine combines traditional Spanish food with African and Latin American influences. There are some dishes that have been imported from the Iberian Peninsula, but the true flavour of the islands can only really be appreciated in the Canary specialities, which consist of a wide variety of vegetables, fruit and fresh fish, normally forming part of light dishes, that are easy to digest in a warm climate. Small boiled potatoes (“papas arrugadas”), eaten with their skins are also typical on the islands. They are complemented with Canary “mojo” olive oil sauces. “Mojo picon” is red and is made with cayenne paprika, and “mojo verde” is normally used to accompany fish dishes. “Guía” goats cheese is also recommended.
If you like fish, you will be in paradise on the islands. The most typical recipes are “Caldereta”, a sort of fish soup, and “Sancocho canario”, the most popular island dish that consists of salted fish with potato and yam stew, served with roasted maize meal and “mojo”.
The most popular dessert is “bienmesabe”, a mixture of honey, almond cream, eggs and rum. In addition, you will also find a wide variety of tropical fruit such as mango, papaya and avocado.
Our reception has fully trained staff 24 hours a day to ensure maximum convenience in providing information on services in the hotel and in the area. There is a swift currency exchange service, vehicle hire, reservations for shows, television lounge in the hall, letterbox and anything else you should require. We will do everything possible to meet your needs.
We have a small room for meetings, talks and conferences with maximum seating for 100 persons. We have skilled staff with a great organisational ability.
Beside reception there is a mini market with Spanish and international press, food, drinks and souvenirs. All our apartments are compliant with decree 305/97 that governs fire-fighting measures in tourist accommodation, and they also fulfil all current health and safety regulations, to guarantee you a satisfactory stay.
We are planning on building a 5-star hotel complex, but from the point of view of creating a product that will satisfy users’ needs. Market segmentation means that we can focus on segments where users have told us of their needs, products, quality requirements, purchasing habits, likes and preferences.

(a) Suprimir, eludir o manipular el "copyright", marcas y demás datos identificativos de los derechos de GF HOTELES o de sus titulares incorporados a los contenidos y/o productos comercializados desde el Web Site de GF HOTELES, así como los dispositivos técnicos de protección, las huellas digitales o cualesquiera mecanismos de información que pudieren contener los mismos.

3. Exclusión de garantías y de responsabilidad
3.1 GF HOTELES NO GARANTIZA LA FIABILIDAD, DISPONIBILIDAD O CONTINUIDAD DE LOS SERVICIOS PUESTOS A DISPOSICIÓN DEL USUARIO, POR LO QUE EXCLUYE CUALQUIER RESPONSABILIDAD POR LOS DAÑOS Y/O PERJUICIOS DE TODA NATURALEZA QUE PUEDAN DEBERSE A LA FALTA DE DISPONIBILIDAD, FIABILIDAD O CONTINUIDAD DE SU PAGINA WEB O DE SUS SERVICIOS, AUNQUE INTENTARÁ FACILITAR, EN LA MEDIDA DE SUS POSIBILIDADES, AYUDA TÉCNICA A LA PERSONA AFECTADA.
3.2 GF HOTELES NO SE OBLIGA A CONTROLAR Y NO CONTROLA CON CARÁCTER PREVIO, LA AUSENCIA DE VIRUS O ELEMENTOS EN LOS CONTENIDOS, QUE PUEDAN PRODUCIR ALTERACIONES EN EL SOFTWARE O HARDWARE DE LOS USUARIOS O PERSONAS QUE VISITEN LAS PÁGINAS, POR LO QUE NO RESPONDERÁ DE LOS DAÑOS Y PERJUICIOS DE CUALQUIER NATURALEZA QUE PUDIERAN DERIVARSE DE LOS MISMOS.
3.3 SI GF HOTELES, A PESAR DE ACTUAR CON LA PREVISIÓN Y DILIGENCIA DEBIDAS, NO PUDIESE FACILITAR LAS HABITACIONES CONTRATADAS POR RAZONES QUE NO LES SEAN IMPUTABLES Y SI EXISTIERA IMPOSIBILIDAD DE PRESTAR LOS SERVICIOS EN LAS CONDICIONES PACTADAS, GF HOTELES OFRECERÁ AL USUARIO LA POSIBILIDAD DE OPTAR POR EL REEMBOLSO TOTAL DE LO ABONADO O POR SU SUSTITUCIÓN POR OTRO DE SIMILARES CARACTERÍSTICAS EN CUANTO A CATEGORÍA O CALIDAD. SI DE LA SUSTITUCIÓN EL SERVICIO RESULTASE DE INFERIOR CATEGORÍA O CALIDAD, GF HOTELES DEBERÁ REMBOLSARÁ LA DIFERENCIA.
4. Salvaguarda de los Términos y/o Condiciones Generales de contratación. Si una de las estipulaciones de los presentes Términos y/o Condiciones Generales de contratación fuera declarada nula o inoperante, el resto de las Términos o Condiciones Generales se mantendrán en los Términos acordados. GF HOTELES se comprometen a sustituir la estipulación afectada por la nulidad aproximándose lo más posible a la intención inicialmente perseguida por las partes. NINGUNA ESTIPULACIÓN EN ESTE CONTRATO AFECTARÁ EN MODO ALGUNO LAS DISPOSICIONES IMPERATIVAS EN MATERIA DE CONSUMIDORES. SI USTED NO ES UN CONSUMIDOR, USTED RENUNCIA EXPRESAMENTE A SU DERECHO DE DESISTIMIENTO.
5. www.gfhoteles.com y aceptación de normas de uso
El usuario es consciente de que el uso de los servicios de los servicios de Pre-Reserva y Reserva on-line, implica la aceptación plena y sin reservas de cada una de las cláusulas integrantes de las Normas de Uso De www.gfhoteles.com, en la versión publicada por GF HOTELES en el momento mismo en que el usuario contrate el servicio. Dichas normas de uso completan los presentes Términos o Condiciones Generales en todo aquello en lo que a éstas no se opongan. Por ello, el usuario deberá ser consciente de la importancia de consultar las normas de la presente página, con anterioridad al acceso y/o uso de esto servicios.
6. Ley aplicable y Jurisdicción competente
Estos Términos y/o Condiciones Generales de contratación se rigen por la Ley Española. GF HOTELES y los usuarios, para la resolución de cualquier controversia que pudiera surgir, con respecto a su validez, ejecución, cumplimiento o resolución, total o parcial, se someten, con renuncia expresa a su fuero propio o a cualquier otro que, en su caso, pudiera corresponderles, a la competencia de los Juzgados y Tribunales de Santa Cruz de Tenerife. Constituye este contrato la expresión completa e íntegra del acuerdo entre GF HOTELES y el usuario, y sustituye todos los anteriores pactos, compromisos, manifestaciones o acuerdos, tanto escritos como orales, que hayan existido previamente entre ambos.
