After 25-years-plus in this sector, our goal is still to continue expanding, and to create new hotel projects in order to offer a new service on the islands’ tourist market. We would not be able to achieve this objective without the nearly 500 persons who make up the GF Hoteles team. We believe that the Human Resources department plays an essential role in supporting our work. The department is structured as follows:
LABOUR RELATIONS AREA: This offers certain advantages that make us stand out above the rest: Advance Payments (on the 15th and 20th of each month); Payroll Payments (before the 1st of each month), and Payments through bank transfer.
TRAINING AREA: We support our employees, organising training courses to further their professional careers.
COMMUNICATIONS AREA: This facilitates communication between Directors and Employees, making sure that everyone is involved in decision-making.
PREVENTION OF RISKS AT WORK: Prevention reduces the risks in the workplace, aiming to avoid incidents and accidents at work
EMPLOYEE’S SUPPORT SERVICE: The HR team is happy to advise you if you have any questions related to the above areas.
